Hey everyone!!!! I am a huge baseball fan, and have been since the sox won the world series in 2004. I was wondering what baseball teams, and players people on the zone like. Do you follow the american, or the national league? Do you hate the redsox, and love the yankees? Are you looking forward to the allstar game?? This is the place to talk about all of these things, and more!!!!!
I really am an Indians fan even though we're really sucking this year and have traded away a lot of our players to rebuild, yet again. But I guess since they're my original home team, I can't give up on them. I do like the angels though. They play aggressively and aren't afraid to steel bases and they like to run a lot and sometimes play little ball to get runs in instead of hitting the long ball. So those are really the only 2 teams that I like so far, but I respect other teams, except maybe the Yankees and Red Sox. They've won too many world series, and I think it's about time someone else did. No afence to them, they're good teams and can get good players for the money they have, but I'm not sure of what to say about them. It's not like I hate them, i just wanna see someone win the world series who deserves it. And who has the guts to win and not give up either. But i love baseball with a passion. I guess the trading deadline is tomorrow, so we'll see who gets traded next. Oh joy. lol.

San diego Padres! Woot woot! well, maybe not this year, I think we have the second worst record in MLB. But we have some good young talent, like everet Cabrera at short stop, Tony gwynn Jr., Will venible and Chase Hedly in the outfield, Matt Latos on the mound, etc. and of course there are our all stars, Adrian gonzales on first, and our new closer, Heath bell. Hopefully we'll get back to winning pennants and championships pretty soon.
